Day 1: The Invitation Devotional In Matthew 22, Jesus tells the parable of the wedding feast, where a king invites many to a banquet for his son. This invitation is a powerful symbol of God's call to each of us to join His Kingdom. Despite the king's repeated invitations, the original guests refused to come, representing Israel's rejection of God's call. But the king didn't stop there; he extended the invitation to everyone, symbolizing the inclusivity of God's Kingdom through Jesus. This invitation is for you and me, and it's one we can't ignore.
